Varvaro, Cera

MS Math

Cera has been at AJA since 2017.  She has been an educator for 20 years, starting her journey in Massachusetts at an alternative high school for troubled youth, teaching English, math, and Social Studies. Over the years, she has taught grades 4-12, and specializes in high-school level math courses. She loves the small class sizes of AJA, and the rapport she can build with students. Outside of school, Cera is heavily involved in animal rescue, and spends most of her free time volunteering to foster dogs. Cera received her liberal arts degrees in Literature and Creative Writing from Pacific University in Oregon. She went on to earn a Masters in Education from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts.
