Tuition
*Kindergarten – Fifth Grades: $20,800
*Sixth – Eighth Grades: $21,200
**Non Refundable Tuition Deposit $ 2,000
*For re-enrolling students, the tuition deposit will automatically be drafted from your FACTS account on March 1, 2025.
**For students enrolling after March 31, 2025, a non-refundable Tuition Deposit of $2,000 is due two weeks after the
student(s) is/are accepted to ensure a spot.
***For students enrolling after the school year has begun, a prorated tuition schedule will be provided.
Additional Fees
1. Program Fee: This fee helps cover the cost of technology, classroom supplies, programs, and local field trips for all grades, plus the fall and spring overnight field trips for middle school.

2. New Student Fee: $750

5. Tuition Refund Plan (tuition insurance) for semi-annual and monthly payment plans is 3.3% of total tuition and school fees
Other optional costs may include but are not limited to: student photos, school lunch program (via Congregation
Agudas Achim), athletic team fees, academic meet fees (i.e. Destination Imagination, PSIA, etc.), after-school
enrichment programs (i.e. Art Club, Chess Club, etc.), and class electives.
Discounts & Tuition Assistance
Austin Jewish Academy is pleased to offer a 40% discount for Jewish professionals and AJA employees, as well as a
5% multiple sibling discount for families with three or more students.
AJA is also proud to provide tuition assistance for qualifying families to ensure the most talented, diverse student body, regardless of financial need. Families are required to complete their tuition assistance applications by January 31, 2025, to ensure access to available funds. Learn more about tuition assistance here.
Payment Plans
● Annual payment: 100% of tuition and fees, less the paid deposit, is due by June 5, 2025.
● Semi-annual payment: 60% of tuition and fees, less the paid deposit, is due by June 5, 2025; 40% is due by
December 5, 2025.
● Ten payments: Tuition and fees, less the paid deposit, is spread evenly over ten-months from June 5, 2025,
through March 5, 2026.
Fundraising
Tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating our students. AJA depends on fundraising each year to close that gap. All families are expected to participate in a meaningful way, and to the best of their ability, in the fundraising efforts of the school, including the Annual Fund. More information will be provided at the start of the school year.
