AJA is excited to announce our upcoming Market Day & Cultural Fair, a fun and educational event that will take place on February 7th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dell Jewish Community Center in the Tocker Engagement & Education Center & Jennifer & David Kaufman Family Living Room.

This year, we’re thrilled to bring even more community engagement to Market Day by adding a Cultural Fair alongside our traditional student-made marketplace. Market Day is an opportunity for our students to develop entrepreneurial skills by creating and selling their handmade products. Whether it’s soap, jewelry, pottery, slime, stickers, or delicious baked goods, students will keep 50% of the revenue from their sales while learning valuable lessons in business and creativity.

But that’s not all! The new Cultural Fair aims to celebrate the diverse heritage of our community. We invite families to host booths that showcase their unique cultural traditions through food, dance, costumes, crafts, or even a fun national activity. Whether you’re selling cultural items or simply sharing an educational experience, this is a wonderful opportunity to highlight your family’s cultural pride while contributing to the vibrancy of the event.
